The Counselling Cove

A space for reflection & support

Welcome - I’m Jemima, a registered counsellor offering warm, person-centred support in Caringbah, Sutherland Shire and beyond. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions, Walk & Talk Therapy, or Telehealth from anywhere in Australia, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll find a way forward. Flexible appointments, financial support options, and a free initial chat are available.

Jemima Clarke

As a registered counsellor, my goal is to offer a calm and welcoming space where you can exhale and be fully yourself. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Together, we'll gently untangle what’s going on, build on all the strengths you already have, and explore a way forward that feels right for you.

I’ve worked in community counselling, bereavement care, hospitals, and crisis support, and those experiences have taught me just how human and complex our lives can be.

Finding the right counsellor is a really personal thing. You’re welcome to read more about me here on my Meet Jemima page, or book a free chat to see if I feel like a good match for you.

I created The Counselling Cove as a space for people to pause, reflect, and recharge amidst life’s challenges. My aim is for clients to leave each session feeling empowered and equipped with the tools and confidence to navigate whatever comes their way.

Book a Free Initial Chat

Reaching out to a counsellor can feel daunting, and it’s perfectly okay to take things slowly. I offer a free initial chat so we can connect, talk about your needs, and see if I might be the right person to support you. You can learn more here, or click below if you are ready to book.
