The Counselling Cove offers face-to-face counselling in Caringbah (Sutherland Shire), along with Walk & Talk Therapy, and Online Counselling (Telehealth). Support is available for grief and loss, burnout, workplace stress, anxiety, parenting stress, and divorce and separation.
