Adult Counselling Sutherland Shire

Feel relaxed and welcome as you join me for face-to-face adult counselling sessions from my beautiful practice space in Caringbah in Sydney's Sutherland Shire. You'll find me nestled within Aesthetic Haus - a peaceful wellness and beauty space. It's a counselling experience that feels more like a visit to a day spa - no noisy waiting rooms or harsh lighting in sight. Counselling shouldn't be one more stressor in your week so I aim to make it feel like a big dose of self-care instead.

Areas of Support

At The Counselling Cove, I provide professional, person-centred adult counselling tailored to your individual needs. I support adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting pressures and work-related issues.

My Counselling Approach

I offer warm confidential counselling in Sutherland Shire. I work with adults to explore what’s happening for you and support you in building greater clarity, balance, and emotional wellbeing.

My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies, depending on what feels most helpful for you, including:

Why the Right Counsellor Matters

I believe that feeling comfortable with your counsellor really matters. Counselling works best when you feel safe, heard, and understood — and that comes from having the right connection.

My role as a counsellor isn’t to tell you what to do or to have all the answers. It’s to walk alongside you, listen without judgement, and help you make sense of what’s happening for you. When there’s trust and openness, it becomes easier to talk honestly, reflect, and move towards change at a pace that feels right.

If you’re thinking about counselling in Sutherland Shire, it’s okay to take your time. Finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with is an important step in supporting your emotional wellbeing.

If you’d like to see whether I’m the right fit for you, you’re welcome to get in touch or book an initial free chat.
