What's Included?
Every session includes dedicated time to understand your situation, work through what's happening, and explore practical strategies that fit your life. I also spend time outside of sessions preparing where appropriate, keeping confidential notes, and ensuring you receive thoughtful, personalised care.
Flexible counselling, your way
There is no requirement to commit to a set number of sessions. Some people come weekly for a period of time, others fortnightly or monthly, and some return whenever life becomes particularly challenging. Together we'll work out what feels most helpful for you.
