Walk & Talk Therapy:
Counselling in Motion

Walk and Talk Therapy takes traditional counselling beyond four walls and into the great outdoors! Instead of sitting across from each other, sessions happen while walking side by side in a setting that suits you - whether it’s a park, the beach, a nature reserve, a riverside path, or even your local streets. The possibilities are endless!

This approach blends the benefits of movement, fresh air, and counselling to create a unique and flexible therapeutic experience. Some clients choose Walk and Talk Therapy for all their sessions, while others use it occasionally to break up their online sessions.

With growing research supporting its benefits, Walk and Talk Therapy has gained popularity as a powerful way to reflect, process emotions, and gain clarity - all while moving forward, both physically and mentally.

Currently, this service is available across various locations within Sydney, including within the areas of Bayside Council, Canterbury Bankstown, Georges River, and Sutherland Shire. Have a look below at some of the locations available.
