Parenting is beautiful… and relentless. Between the late nights, endless to-do lists, and invisible load, finding space for yourself can feel impossible.
That’s why I’ve built my counselling service around the needs of parents - flexible, supportive, and restorative. Here's how I’ve shaped therapy to give you the breathing room you need:
After hours and flexible: Weekdays, weekends, evenings, online counselling... I've got you covered. Because therapy shouldn't be another thing to juggle when your plate is already overflowing.
A space to breathe out: No noisy waiting rooms or harsh lighting here. My adult counselling is held in a beauty and wellness space - counselling that feels more like a day spa. (And yes, you can even stay for a pamper treatment afterwards!)
A fellow parent who 'gets it': Every parenting journey is unique, but sitting across from someone who's lived through the trenches and sleepless nights brings an extra layer of understanding.
Prioritising you: Parenting can be exhausting. As a counsellor who specialises in burnout, your wellbeing gets the care it deserves. Because, when you're replenished, you parent from a stronger, gentler place.
Walk & Talk Therapy: Sometimes you just need to step out of the house and into the fresh air. Let's swap four walls for sea breezes and let nature carry some of the load.
Mix & Match: Booked face-to-face but the week got away from you? Switch to phone or online counselling - no problem. Booked online but craving some in-person calm? Come in and relax. Booked face-to-face and want some fresh air? Let's hit the beach with Walk & Talk. It's therapy that moves with your life.
