Talking on the Phone

Free Introductory
Discovery Call

Reaching out to a counsellor can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to jump in all at once. Why not start with a free chat? It’s a chance to explore how counselling could support you in a way that feels right for you. You can ask any questions you have, get a feel for the process, and we can get to know each other a bit better. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to see how this might fit into your life. Sometimes, taking that first step is all it takes to kickstart meaningful change. Also, if we are not the right fit, Jemima may have some suggestions for services and other practitioners who might be a helpful next place to try.
