Trauma can leave deep marks - on your body, your mind, and your sense of safety in the world. You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You may be carrying pain that others can’t see, but that you feel every day.

In our work together, I offer a gentle, grounded space where all parts of you are welcome - even the ones that feel messy, numb, angry, or afraid. I bring a trauma-informed approach that honours your pace, your story, and your inner wisdom. There’s no rush, no pressure to “fix” anything - just steady, compassionate support as you begin to reconnect with safety, trust, and your sense of self.
Whether your trauma stems from childhood experiences, relationships, loss, systemic oppression, or events that felt too big to carry alone - your experiences matter. I hold them with deep care and respect.

Over the years, it has been an honour to be trusted with some of the most vulnerable and shadowed parts of my clients’ stories. That kind of trust is profound - and never taken for granted. Supporting people who have been unfairly dealt experiences that shaped how they move through the world is some of the most meaningful work I do.
With time and gentle, consistent support, we can work together to help you reclaim your story - to recognise the strength you've already carried, to name the wrongs that were never yours to bear, to build new boundaries that protect your healing, and to reconnect with meaning and the future you deserve.
